These terms govern your use of the Abundantly Blessed Solutions LLC website and the delivery, hauling, and junk-removal services we provide across Broward, Palm Beach & Miami-Dade. By using this site or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms.
Quotes and scheduling
Submitting the quote form is a request, not a confirmed booking. Prices provided are estimates based on the information and photos you supply and may be adjusted once the job is seen in person. A job is scheduled only after we confirm a date and time with you directly.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate pickup and delivery details and to ensure that items are legally yours to move or dispose of, and safe to handle. Please tell us in advance about access constraints such as stairs, elevators, gates, or parking limits so we can plan the job correctly.
Items we handle
We move furniture, appliances, and general household and job-site items. We reserve the right to decline hazardous materials or any item we cannot transport safely or legally. We treat your belongings with care, but you are responsible for disclosing pre-existing damage and for adequately preparing fragile items.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing. The final amount reflects the work actually performed, including any changes to scope agreed on site.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abundantly Blessed Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim arising from a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job.
